CLOVIS, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT)— Carpet Tech declared that the organization received the naming legal rights to the Hill crests Zoo’s Newborn Bactrian Camel Contest in Clovis, New Mexico final week. Carpet Tech won the contest, bidding $750 with the name Alexander Camelton submitted by Clovis resident Kathy Hamelton.
Carpet Tech held a naming contest for the camel on their social media platforms, featuring the winner with a whole-household floor cleansing for no cost. Kathy’s submission was chosen for its creative imagination and patriotism.
“When we noticed this fundraising exertion by the Metropolis of Clovis, we observed a good opportunity to support
the town and zoo and have some enjoyable with our customers in Clovis as very well,” Stephanie Fox,
Carpet Tech Marketing Director said.
The camel naming contest supplied organizations and people today the correct to title the infant camel with the best bid.
“The Bactrian camel was born on April 10th and can be noticed in the front habitat as you enter
the Hillcrest Park Zoo,” Hillcrest Park Zoo Director Damian Lechner said“We are enthusiastic to require the neighborhood in naming the camel and are delighted that he has found his for good residence in our community.”
